James Dann is LXCO's Sales Director, with a career in Lighting spanning thirty years.
Through the 1970's he toured worldwide as a lighting designer and operator with Queen , Cockney Rebel , Elton John , Kate Bush , The Kinks , Kiki Dee , The Who , ELO , The Police , Whitesnake and many other rock bands and musical performers.
He formed his own lighting design and rental business in the 80's and worked with Eric Clapton , Gary Numan , OMD, Depeche Mode , Japan , Fergal Sharkey ,Saxon , the Monkees and numerous other performers including many acts who were popular in France and Germany.
The business was sold and for several years James became an account manager and designer for other companies being involved with Runrig , Aerosmith , Bob Dylan , Joan Armatrading , Prefab Sprout , Style Council , New Model Army , Jason Donovan , Kylie Minogue , Phil Collins etc amongst others, also working on trade shows , special events , outdoor festivals and various projects for the BBC and other TV companies.
